Our Philosophy
InnBufalito means a special way of cooking.
We love being creative and light. Our philosophy comes out from the traditional gastronomy of Campania: the real flavours of old times in the region of Naples. The range of courses we offer are based on quality and freshness, we constantly search during the seasons.
InnBufalito always find a place on the menu for bufala cheese of Cilento, together with local vegetables in oil, cold cuts and bread, seasoned with olive oil or citrus herbs.
Our passion for cooking, makes InnBufalito a familiar place right in the heart of Sorrento where to find traditional Neapolitan products, and relax drinking some good wine from Campania or a pint of local draught beer.

InnBufalito comes from our passion. We love cooking; we are fond of "eating well".
InnBufalito is familiar and relaxing. When choosing the name, we had not to think too much. Buffalo mozzarella addressed the choice as well as the feeling we got inside: ready like buffalos (innbufaliti).
InnBufalito means the origin; the real essence of our beginning. More or less like the bower we designed at the entrance to welcome our guests. Wood and leaves to create the atmosphere Sorrento traditionally lives. Something we put in every course we make.
